This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of commercial spaces during evening hours starting at 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, no weekends or major holidays. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and possess dependable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and timely completion of cleaning tasks. This position requires driving from one building to another, so please no Uber or depending upon family for rides, you must have your own vehicle. No prior felony convictions are acceptable for this position. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in commercial environments during evening shifts Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks Follow company safety guidelines and procedures at all times Skills Dependability and reliability in completing assigned tasks on schedule Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met Dependable transportation to arrive promptly for evening shifts Good communication skills for reporting issues or concerns No felonies or criminal convictions that would impair trustworthiness or safety in the workplace
