Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part Time Cleaner on a flat rate basis to join our dynamic cleaning team. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to maintaining pristine, welcoming environments. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will ensure that residential or commercial spaces are spotless, organized, and hygienic, creating a positive experience for residents, clients, and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated residential and commercial spaces according to established standards Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in line with environmental guidelines Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products as needed Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and report any maintenance issues promptly Complete cleaning checklists and record completed tasks for accountability Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for both residential and commercial settings Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation or access to the work site as required Positive attitude with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently Join us in creating clean, safe environments that make a difference every day!
