Job Summary:
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and comfortable environments at this property. This role supports the overall effectiveness and professionalism by ensuring that all spaces meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens, breakrooms, fitness areas, and common spaces Clean and dust facility areas, including stairwells, emergency exits, elevators, and appliances Restock supplies and ensure work areas remain organized and well-maintained Perform laundry duties and manage recycling collection for scheduled pickups Follow safety procedures and properly handle cleaning products and equipment Provide professional service while assisting with general facility and maintenance needs
Qualifications:
Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. frequently Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals properly Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards Dependable with the ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks Positive attitude and strong communication skills when interacting with guests, clients, and coworkers
