Janitor or Landscaping Crew Member Join our team as an Environmental Service Attendant and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment. This role combines janitorial, custodial, and groundskeeping duties across dormitories, academic buildings, athletic facilities, and outdoor campus areas. No prior experience is required. Responsibilities Clean and maintain dormitories, offices, academic buildings, and athletic facilities. Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning. Assist with groundskeeping, outdoor cleanup, debris removal, and general campus upkeep. Safely use cleaning products, equipment, and tools. Follow assigned cleaning schedules and routes. Report maintenance issues and safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Ability to perform custodial, janitorial, and general labor tasks. Reliable and able to follow instructions and schedules. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
