Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Summary We are seeking reliable evening custodians to join our team at USD# 458 Basehor High School. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of service. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Buff floors and perform floor care duties as needed. Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
