Janitorial Worker (Retail)

TFM Services, a leading and expanding Midwest facility maintenance company, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, determined, flexible, and willing to assume additional responsibilities if the need arises. Pay will depend on qualifications and experience. The individual selected will be responsible for: Performing sweeping, scrubbing, and buffing of floors in a retail store environment. Maintaining a clean and orderly janitorial closet. Completing other non-routine cleaning as the need arises.

Skills and requirements necessary include:

A valid driver's license. Willingness to work late night or early morning shifts. Capable of working productively under minimal supervision. Ability to problem solve and work well with others. Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering superior service. Physically capable of bending, lifting, and operating heavy equipment. Previous janitorial experience desired but not required.
