We are dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients through professional and reliable service. Overview We are seeking a part-time dayporter cleaner that is motivated and detail-oriented to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of a downtown building. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are retired or just needing some extra CASH! Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Handle chemical agents safely while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met. Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, hallways, and common areas according to sanitation guidelines. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures. Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques, but don't worry, we'll train you. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working independently or as part of a team.
