Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rental units, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards Wash and dry laundry including sheets and towels Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure units are fully prepared for incoming guests Follow housekeeping management procedures and emergency protocols to maintain safety and quality standards Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly Experience Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards is highly advantageous Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction through professional interactions when needed Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high attention to detail.
