Custodian/Janitor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping as needed. Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards. Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and recycling according to company policies. Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for replenishment. Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized work environment. Experience Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
