Florence, KY Fleet Cleaning Operative Requirements/Qualifications Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Ability to operate various fleet vehicles and cleaning equipment. Ability to safely use power washers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills and professional conduct. Ability to identify and report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns. Ability to follow established health, safety, and environmental procedures. About the Fleet Cleaning Operative Role As a Fleet Cleaning Operative, your responsibilities will include: Clean and detail the interiors and exteriors of company-owned fleet vehicles. Clean vans, cars, HGVs, mopeds, sweepers, and other specialized fleet equipment. Use power washers to clean vehicle exteriors. Vacuum interiors, wipe surfaces, and remove debris. Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning for damage, maintenance issues, or other concerns. Report identified vehicle issues to management. Safely transport vehicles between parking areas and wash bays. Maintain cleaning equipment and report equipment defects. Ensure cleaning machinery is secure and maintained in good condition. Complete cleaning records for each vehicle. Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and equipment. Follow established health, safety, and environmental regulations.
