Florence, KY Fleet Cleaning Associate Requirements/Qualifications Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to operate cleaning equipment, including power washers and vacuums. Comfortable working around and moving various types of fleet vehicles. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and professional conduct. Ability to identify and report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns. Ability to follow established health, safety, and environmental procedures. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required. About the Fleet Cleaning Associate Role As a Fleet Cleaning Associate, your responsibilities will include: Clean and detail the interiors and exteriors of company fleet vehicles. Wash vehicles using a power washer and other cleaning equipment. Vacuum interiors, wipe surfaces, and remove debris. Clean vans, cars, HGVs, mopeds, sweepers, and other specialized fleet equipment. Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning for damage, maintenance issues, or other concerns. Safely move vehicles from parking areas to designated wash bays. Maintain accurate cleaning records for completed vehicles. Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment. Report damaged or defective cleaning equipment as needed. Monitor cleaning products and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow established health, safety, and environmental requirements.
