What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Sun-Thursday | 7pm-1am
PAY SCHEDULE
Weekly - Every Friday What the job looks like: Daily checks at several locations; driving required Perform cleaning duties at a maximum quality level Perform work within production time budgets and supply budgets Keep equipment clean and in good operating condition Follow all safety rules and participate in the company's safety program Project a professional image and maintain good customer and public relations Adhere to company rules, policies, and operating procedures Orientation towards teamwork in certain locations/working as a part of a team Report to the Account Manager any equipment breakdowns, unsafe conditions, customer complaints, and any other problems that may occur Adhere to the tardiness and absenteeism policy Responsible for new hire training Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record Must have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience If you are positive, upbeat, have an eye for detail, and a desire to serve customers, we would love to have you on our team.
