Professional cleaning technician

Overview Royal Cleaning and Professional Services is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We provide high-quality residential cleaning services in Meade County and surrounding areas. No experience is required—we will train the right person. However, if you have cleaning experience, that is a plus. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Follow detailed cleaning checklists provided through our system for every job Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Complete basic cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans Communicate professionally with team members and clients if needed Keep cleaning supplies organized and maintain a clean work environment Requirements Must be reliable and show up on time Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must have reliable transportation and your own vehicle (required) This position requires traveling to different homes daily Ability to work on your feet, bend, lift, and move throughout the day Must be able to follow instructions and detailed checklists No experience required (training provided), but cleaning experience is a plus Pay Starting at $15/hour during training After training, pay increases to performance-based earnings averaging $16
