Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, residential, and industrial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Use specialized equipment for floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and stripping floors to maintain their appearance and longevity Conduct custodial duties like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including light repairs and reporting maintenance issues promptly Support industrial cleaning projects that may involve heavy-duty cleaning procedures or equipment handling Maintain cleanliness of tools and supplies, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stored after use Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and polishing floors Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing extra care Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly Basic understanding of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to creating pristine spaces!
