Part-Time Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in residential and/or commercial settings. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided—your focus is on execution, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and deep cleaning services for homes and/or commercial properties Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas thoroughly Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients Report any damages, safety concerns, or supply needs to management Requirements Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable transportation to travel to job sites Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, etc.) What We Offer All cleaning supplies and equipment provided Flexible part-time scheduling Competitive hourly pay Opportunity for growth as the company expands Supportive team environment Schedule Part-time hours (varies based on workload) Weekday and/or weekend availability may be required
