Description:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional appearance througho9ut the dealership which includes the showroom, offices, customer areas, service department, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
Requirements:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean and maintain showroom floors, offices, waiting areas, and restrooms. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas. Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces as needed. Maintain cleanliness of service drive and service customer areas. Monitor and restock restroom and cleaning supplies. Assist with light groundskeeping, including litter removal and exterior cleanliness. Report maintenance or safety concerns to management. Support dealership events and special cleaning projects as needed. Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
