Porter

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Duties Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Perform routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as required. Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner. Support other staff members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment is an advantage.
