Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

The Parking Lot Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of parking lots, garages, and surrounding areas. This role involves removing trash and debris, sweeping surfaces, emptying waste receptacles, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required

Preferred:

• 1 year of similar work experience

• 1 year of customer service experience Clean and maintain parking lots, parking garages, sidewalks, entrances, and surrounding grounds. Pick up litter, trash, and debris throughout assigned areas. Empty and replace liners in trash receptacles. Sweep parking areas, curbs, walkways, and pedestrian zones. Clean up spills and remove hazards that may impact customer safety. Monitor property conditions and report maintenance needs, damage, or safety concerns. Remove weeds and assist with basic landscaping duties as needed. Clean signage, parking meters, and other parking facility equipment. Assist with snow, ice, or weather-related cleanup when required. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
