Slidell, LA Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour (Based on experience) About Us Friendly Powersports is a growing powersports dealership in Slidell, Louisiana. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep our dealership running smoothly. Job Summary The Porter / PDI Assistant plays an important role in supporting our sales, service, and parts departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working around motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles and is comfortable performing a variety of tasks throughout the dealership. No two days are exactly the same. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Move, organize, and stage units throughout the dealership Maintain showroom, lot, and facility appearance Perform basic cleaning and detailing of units Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) Make local pickups and deliveries as needed Transport units between locations when required Assist the parts department and front counter during busy periods Help unload and organize incoming inventory Support service technicians with basic shop tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform other general dealership duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and utility vehicles (preferred) Ability to lift, push, and move powersports units as needed Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous dealership, powersports, automotive, warehouse, or porter experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent 5-day work week Employee discounts Training and advancement opportunities Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding dealership group If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to be part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
