Job Summary Join our growing team as a Pressure Washer Technician, where you'll be the driving force behind maintaining and restoring the cleanliness and safety of commercial, industrial, and outdoor environments. Your ability to operate high-powered pressure washing equipment will ensure surfaces are spotless, hazards are minimized, and facilities shine with pride. Duties Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other large surfaces. Use ladders and scaffolding safely to access hard-to-reach areas for thorough cleaning. Perform manual handling of heavy equipment, hoses, and debris to ensure proper setup and cleanup. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate chemicals and techniques to remove stubborn dirt, grime, mold, or graffiti. Maintain safety standards by wearing protective gear and adhering to health and safety protocols during outdoor work. Execute floor buffing and surface polishing tasks to enhance appearance after pressure washing is completed. Document completed work orders, report maintenance needs for equipment, and ensure all tools are properly stored after use. Experience Prior experience in outdoor or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with ladder use, manual handling practices, and heavy lifting techniques to ensure safety and efficiency. Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, including the use of pressure washers, chemicals, and safety equipment. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is preferred. Ability to operate fire extinguishers confidently as part of safety training or emergency response protocols. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods. Basic understanding of safety standards related to industrial cleaning equipment and procedures.
