Pain d\'Avignon has been proudly producing artisan breads and pastries for 34 years, serving customers throughout Cape Cod and New England. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our wholesale bakery facility in Hyannis. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for growth within our company. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize bakery production equipment, workstations, and floors Operate floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and other industrial cleaning equipment Disassemble, clean, and reassemble bakery equipment as directed Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility Clean employee common areas, restrooms, and warehouse spaces Maintain cleaning logs and complete daily sanitation checklists Help ensure the bakery is inspection-ready at all times Work safely while handling approved cleaning chemicals and sanitizers Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working around bakery equipment and in a production environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Previous industrial, manufacturing, or food production cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Dependable with excellent attendance What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health benefits Paid time off Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement within a growing company A stable workplace with a team that takes pride in producing high-quality artisan baked goods If you take pride in keeping facilities clean, organized, and food-safe, we?d love to meet you.
