As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for cleaning to company standards, supervising other employees when working on a team, overseeing jobs and completing final walkthroughs to ensure quality control. This position requires knowledge and experience in residential and commercial cleaning. ```Responsibilities```

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenish supplies, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning floors using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing cleaning tasks
• Assist with training and supervising staff, transporting staff, overall quality control processes during daily operations. ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, ability to operate cleaning equipment as needed.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Drivers License and reliable vehicle.
