Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of a retail store. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report when stock is low Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals Respond to specific cleaning requests from management or staff as needed Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or prolonged standing
