The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct facilities maintenance including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Carry out custodial duties such as waste disposal and restroom maintenance. Operate floor care equipment for washing floors Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial or facilities maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with buffing techniques and floor care equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and adhere to safety protocols.
