Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows on residential homes and small commercial buildings (up to 3 stories) using ladders and traditional tools—no lifts or high-rise equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean interior and exterior windows to a streak-free finish Safely set up and use ladders for heights up to 3 stories Maintain equipment and ensure proper handling of tools and materials Communicate professionally with customers on-site Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Some physical fitness (lifting, climbing, extended standing) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (but not required): Prior experience in window cleaning or related field Customer service experience Familiarity with ladder safety practices

Schedule:
