What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
- What You'll Do
- Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods. Introduce homeowners to our premium window cleaning services. Build rapport and answer customer questions. Generate leads and close sales. Record customer information accurately. Represent our company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills. Self-motivated and dependable. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours. Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training. MUST have reliable transportation to assigned neighborhoods.
- Compensation
- Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential.
Commission RISES to:
