A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

6 Night Per Week Cleaner Clean Team - 3.2 Melrose, MA Job Details Part-time $18 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Paid training Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Removing debris Fixture cleaning Driver's License Carpet vacuuming Restroom cleaning Full Job Description Cleaner needed for maintaining the physical appearance and sanitation of an office building in Melrose. This job is performed Monday through Saturday for 2 hours each evening. The start time Monday-Friday is anytime after 5pm, and Saturdays after 2pm (or can be performed anytime on Sunday as well). This job will be overseen by the area supervisor for The Clean Team and the facilities manager of the facility.

Job Duties:

Dry and wet mopping solid floors throughout Wiping down/dusting horizontal surfaces Vacuuming the carpet in hallways and offices Trash removal and recycling Cleaning and Maintaining Bathrooms (cleaning fixtures, replacing disposable goods, disinfecting surfaces.) Skill's required: Hard working and motivated. Must be able to keep yourself busy. Willingness to learn and be open to new methods. Good communication with management and customer. Ability to receive feedback from management. Good attitude.

Reliability Other details:

No cleaning skills required. We will train you!! Must have drivers license and own vehicle •All equipment and supplies will be supplies by us•12 Hours per week

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
