M-F -- 25

hrs/week July 1, 2026 - August 21, 2026

Job Summary:

To provide staff, public, and volunteers with a safe, attractive, clean, comfortable, and efficient workplace to work, learn, and meet.

Qualifications:

High School or Trade School Diploma Demonstrated aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned responsibilities Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Director may find appropriate and acceptable Employment is contingent on satisfactory background checks. Essential Duties (Not Limited To): Cleans ALL school buildings as assigned by the Facilities Director or Deputy Facilities Director Checks door locking mechanisms for proper operation and to ensure the security of the buildings Promptly reports major repairs/damage to either the Facilities Director and/or the Deputy Facilities Director Promptly reports concerns or malfunctions to the Facilities Director or Deputy Facilities Director Participates in regular training as directed by the Facilities Director Performs assigned tasks from work orders and documents the status of the assignments Performs event setup/breakdown Moves furniture and/or equipment as required by the Facilities Director or Deputy Facilities Director Complies with local laws and procedures for the storage and disposal of trash, rubbish, chemicals, waste Performs other tasks as required by the

Facilities Director or Deputy Facilities Director Physical Job Requirements:

Considerable physical activity. Requires medium to heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving objects up to 150 pounds with assistance from co-workers Standing for long periods of time Ability to work comfortably from a ladder Must be able to complete tasks that may require bending, twisting, climbing, squatting, crouching and balancing The work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
