Job Overview Infiniti of Norwood, proud member of Albrecht Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of designated areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Greet customers upon arrival and assist in parking or guiding them into the service drive as needed. Move customer vehicles to designated parking areas after service check-in. Retrieve and stage customer vehicles promptly when service is completed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot, ensuring no vehicles are parked improperly or blocking traffic flow. Park and retrieve loaner vehicles for service advisors while agreements are being opened. Keep the service drive clean and free of debris, including sweeping, trash removal. Assist in fueling, washing, or vacuuming vehicles as needed. Support shuttle operations and customer transportation when required. Follow all dealership safety procedures and policies. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Assist with setting up for events or meetings by arranging furniture and equipment as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to their inquiries in a friendly manner. Support other team members with various tasks as required to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we value a willingness to learn and grow. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
