Cleaning & Organization Professional Job Overview:

Scrub Hub is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Cleaning & Organization Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and functional spaces while providing reliable support to clients in their homes and businesses. As a member of the Scrub Hub team, you will help clients maintain, reset, declutter, organize, and transition their spaces while delivering a high level of customer service. This position may include residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out services, organization projects, cleanouts, and other support services based on client needs and scheduled assignments.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning according to Scrub Hub's quality standards. Complete routine maintenance cleanings, including weekly and bi-weekly services. Perform deep, seasonal, and one-time refresh cleanings. Provide detailed move-in and move-out cleaning services to help prepare spaces for their next occupants. Assist with cleanouts and decluttering projects, including basements, attics, garages, and other areas that need to be cleared and reset. Provide organization support, including closets, kitchens, basements, attics, and other areas of the home. Assist clients with creating practical, functional systems that make their spaces easier to maintain. Provide move-related support when scheduled, including packing assistance, unpacking, setup, and organizing during transitions. Support junk removal and clearing of unwanted items as part of applicable cleanout services. Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and appropriately. Follow proper cleaning practices to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and help reduce cross-contamination between homes. Be attentive to client preferences, including allergy-related needs and requested cleaning products, and communicate any special requirements to the team. Treat every client's home, belongings, and personal space with professionalism, care, and respect. Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and the quality of the finished service. Communicate professionally with clients and team members regarding service needs, schedules, and any concerns encountered during an assignment. Maintain a positive, nonjudgmental approach when working in cluttered, overwhelming, or highly disorganized spaces.

Qualifications:

Previous residential, commercial, housekeeping, janitorial, cleaning, organization, or related experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work. Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safely use common cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with the team. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Professional and respectful when working in clients' homes and businesses. Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including spaces that may be cluttered or require significant cleaning or organization. Ability to perform the physical duties associated with cleaning, organizing, moving items, and cleanout projects. Comfortable adapting to different client needs, spaces, and service assignments. A compassionate, nonjudgmental attitude and genuine desire to help people feel more comfortable and supported in their spaces.
