In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across various facilities, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your custodial skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Vacuum using backpack vacuums. Mop floors. Handle chemical agents responsibly, including floor cleaning chemicals and other custodial solutions, following all safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas by dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and emptying trash bins regularly. Use appropriate floor care Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with knowledge of janitorial procedures. Familiarity with cleaning equipment . Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to environmental health standards. Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas. Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to provide top-tier customer service. Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 5pm in the school year it is every day. Tuesday and Thursday 7am shift runs to 10:30-12:30 depending on the jobs. Sunday shifts available and all day Friday starts 10am.
