What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Senior Drain Cleaning Technician Drainshooter SS, LLC Rockland, MA Job Details Full-time $25 - $45 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Fuel card Company truck Qualifications Sewer cameras Written communication Customer communication Plumbing inspection cameras Drain cleaners In-person customer service Equipment troubleshooting Trailer towing Live event videography Driver's License Video communication Commercial videography Technical troubleshooting support Piping system maintenance Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Minimum 5 years drain cleaning and cabling experience. Residential and commercial experience a must. Valid driver's license. Have full understanding and ability to run a commercial HydroJet without assistance, including the ability to tow and maintain equipment. Ability to tow and maintain grease suction trailer and utilize remote equipment in occupied spaces. Residential pipelining experience preferred but not required. A strong customer service focus. You are solving someone's problem. Ability to run camera equipment and effectively record and narrate video progress to be turned over to clients. Ability to troubleshoot effectively and use various pieces of equipment to complete project. Effective communication skills both verbally to internal and external customers. Effective written communication skills to close out work orders so clients understand the problem and solutions taken. Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and alone. Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated with the latest technology. Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
