We work in teams of two, We work during the Week, no weekends required. We clean homes & buildings We are located in Salem Mass We offer transportation from our office to the jobs. We supply all equipment, we provide training. We have a 90 day cash bonus! Room for advancement to qualified individuals! Duties Dusting , spray & wipe cleaning, vacuuming, light floor washing. Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to ensure safety Maintain outdoor work areas by tidying entrances, patios, or decks as needed Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and janitorial procedures Ability to implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during scheduled shifts Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work activities Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols for sanitation standards Join us today and become part of a motivated team committed to transforming homes into spotless sanctuaries!
