Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker I to join our manufacturing team in the Blade Finishing Department. This role is vital in supporting our mission to produce durable, high-quality cutlery that meets the needs of professionals worldwide. Based at our facility, you will contribute to maintaining our tradition of excellence by performing a combination of production tasks including loading machinery, positioning work, setting up jobs, and adjusting and operating machinery. Responsibilities Set up and operate Porter McLeod polishing machines Load parts Apply polishing compound Set up, operation, routine cleaning and maintenance of automatic washing machine Perform roll changes as required Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Complete any other duties assigned by supervisor or department manager Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or factory settings preferred. Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods as well as the ability to lift 40 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Proficient computer skills. Strong ability to work as a team. Strong ability to multitask. Able to comply with quality standards and production priorities. Prior machining experience. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English which is the required language of the position.
