• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facility. This role is vital in ensuring that all office spaces, restrooms, common areas, and workstations are kept spotless and hygienic. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all office areas. Handle cleaning chemicals safely by following proper chemical agent handling procedures and safety protocols. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet machines to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and sanitation products to ensure continuous availability. Follow heavy lifting and safe lifting practices during the movement of furniture or cleaning supplies to prevent injuries. Experience Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or industrial settings. Familiarity with cleaning techniques for different surfaces and environments including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Experience handling chemical agents safely in accordance with safety procedures and regulations. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices related to sanitation, floor care, and general upkeep. Prior experience operating commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers or industrial vacuums is preferred. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safety guidelines. Customer service skills that enable effective communication with staff or visitors when needed.
