Job Description

Facilities & Custodial Team Member:
Job Summary Lumen Academy is seeking a reliable Facilities & Custodial Team Member to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment. Responsibilities Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Assist with lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general facilities upkeep. Perform light cleaning and tidying of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas to maintain a clean and presentable environment. The scope of custodial responsibilities is flexible and may be negotiated based on experience and qualifications. Empty trash and recycling, restock supplies, and maintain floor care. Set up and break down spaces for school events and activities. Report safety concerns and help ensure campus readiness year-round. Requirements Prior custodial, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred. Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks.
