Custodian (Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)

Job Summary Perform various cleaning, waste removal and supply replenishment duties and aid in maintaining security and snow removal. Responsibilities Dusting all surfaces Emptying wastebaskets Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Replenishing bathroom supplies Washing tables and appliances in cafeteria Wet and dry mopping of floors and hallways Skills/Abilities Previous custodial experience preferred. Must be able to read and comprehend all instructions, warnings on labels, containers and Material Safety Data Sheets associated with the position. Must have valid driver's license. Pay Philosophy:

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Pay Range:
