Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our office facilities. As a vital member of our facilities team, you will ensure that all areas are spotless, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive experience for staff and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all office areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Clean windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces to ensure clarity and shine. Conduct routine floor care such as buffing and polishing to preserve the appearance of high-traffic areas. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with light custodial duties related to conference rooms, break areas, and common spaces as needed. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and commercial cleaning practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and scrubbers safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include standing for extended periods, bending, lifting light objects, and climbing ladders if necessary.
