A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

We are an established Janitorial Cleaning Company that has been in business 40+ years, and we are looking for someone who is a team player and takes pride in their work. Immediate openings. We are looking for someone with experience for Janitorial Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Floor Care.

Pay:

$19.00/hour to train $22.00/hour with experience

Shifts:

Monday - Friday (weekends available) 6AM - 3PM Paid weekly. We provide uniform, supplies & equipment.

MUST HAVE OWN CAR

(Please do not apply if you do not have your own car)

Job Responsibilities:

Sweep, vacuum & mop designated areas Trash & recycle removal Restroom cleaning using disinfectants and bathroom cleaners Restock restroom supplies as needed Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

Commercial Cleaning experience preferred, but will train the right candidates Must be detail oriented Must be punctual & reliable Must be hard working & honest Must be able to meet physical requirements of position Must be able to take directions and work with minimal supervision Must successfully pass a background check and possible drug test Must have Social Security Card or valid

Employment Authorization Card Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
