Full Job Description Apartment Porter Location:

Baltimore, MD We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Apartment Maintenance Laborer/Porter to join our team at our Baltimore community! This role provides essential support to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves a variety of tasks related to property upkeep, maintenance projects, and apartment turnovers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with routine maintenance tasks and work orders Support apartment turnover preparation, including cleaning and minor repairs Perform groundskeeping duties, including debris removal and exterior upkeep Clean appliances, bathrooms, windows, and common areas Remove bulk trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property Collaborate with the team to develop a daily game plan and complete assigned tasks

Position Details:
