In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services that create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure each property reflects our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Clean floors using various techniques including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning to ensure surfaces are pristine. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns. Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks like moving furniture or large appliances safely. Must be able to provide and maintain all cleaning supplies & equipment. Follow health and safety guidelines related to residential cleaning practices, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred; experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care, and the use of various cleaning equipment is essential. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation procedures, and proper handling of cleaning supplies is required. Experience with customer service or client communication enhances the ability to meet resident expectations effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while completing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is important. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely is necessary for this role.
