About us: We are looking for a professional individual with a strong work ethic to join our existing team working in Fredrick, MD area. Previous janitorial experience is required. We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services with experience in routine cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and general facility maintenance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The ability to read and understand in English all revisions of applicable Customer assigned SOPs, policy and procedure. The ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, overtime, be on-call and available for special assignments. The ability to demonstrate cleaning techniques, including the ability to lift 40 lbs, work overhead and stand for extended periods. Leadership competences, e.g. strong communication, team building and people development skills. The ability to write English with good handwriting techniques and limited errors. Full paid training is provided.

High School Diploma or GED Excellent attendance record Detail oriented Reliable transportation Good documentation practices Standing, bending and reaching for 4-8 hours Open availability (Weekend, day shift, Night shift and holiday's) Must be able to pass drug test, pass a criminal background check and meet all of our client's site training requirements

Pay:

$16.75 - $18.50 per hour
