Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
The Facilities Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility. This position performs routine cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, and supports building operations to ensure the facility remains in proper working condition for employees, visitors, and daily activities. High school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of relevant experience Self-motivated and dependable Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with fellow team members and the Hanover employees Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Required to use chemicals and aerosols correctly and safely Will be exposed to Bio-Hazards (body fluids) The hourly range for this position is $15.96 - $22.50 Assist the Facilities Supervisor or Manager in day to day operation of the facility. Perform daily cleaning throughout the facility (i.e. cleaning kitchen/break rooms, vacuuming office areas, stocking and cleaning restrooms, sweeping/scrubbing warehouse floor, etc.) Dusts office furniture, partitions, high and low ledges and moldings, and venetian blinds; Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition Set-up/tear down for special facilities events Assist with Department moves
