Job Description

The Daily Goods Company, LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to perform vacation rental turnover services in Annapolis/Anne Arundel County Maryland. This position is responsible for preparing short-term rental properties for arriving guests by ensuring each home is cleaned, sanitized, stocked, and guest-ready.
Responsibilities:
Perform turnover cleaning between guest stays Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Make beds and stage rooms according to company standards Wash, dry, fold, and replace linens and towels as needed Restock supplies and report inventory shortages Conduct property inspections and report damages or maintenance concerns Take before and after photos of completed work Ensure properties meet guest-ready standards prior to check-in
Requirements:
Previous residential, hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Smartphone with ability to send photos and communicate with management Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail Dependable and professional attitude Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or vacation rental turnovers Experience managing laundry and linen service Ability to perform quality checks and follow detailed cleaning checklists
