Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Professional Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across various residential and commercial spaces. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills will ensure our clients enjoy pristine environments that promote health, safety, and comfort. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and safety regulations. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to achieve optimal results. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques. Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation best practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and their appropriate use for different surfaces. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for outdoor work experience and heavy lifting tasks as needed. Excellent client communication skills to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns.
