We are a Maryland cleaning company serving homeowners, property managers, and businesses across the Baltimore-Washington corridor. We are Google Guaranteed with a 4.9 star rating.

WHAT YOU EARN

$80 to $140 per standard cleaning, depending on home size.

• Most standard cleanings run 2 to 3 hours (Deep cleans, move-outs, and post-construction jobs pay more)
• Paid weekly after the job is completed and photos are submitted
• You are paid per job, not per hour, and you keep the full agreed rate

HOW IT WORKS

• We send you available jobs. You accept the ones that fit your schedule.
• You choose which days and areas you want to work
• You decide how to complete the work, using our job checklist as the standard the client has paid for
• No minimum number of jobs required, and no penalty for turning work down

WHAT YOU NEED

• Professional cleaning experience
• Your own reliable transportation
• Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
• Experience with deep cleans and move-out/turnover cleans
• A smartphone for job details and before/after photos
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check Helpful, not required
• Post-construction cleaning experience
• Your own business entity or EIN
• Additional cleaners you work with regularly
