Job Description
Job Description L4 Property Services is a full-service commercial and post-construction cleaning company providing support to government, commercial, and residential customers. We are currently seeking Cleaning Technicians who are U.S. citizens , as the job sites you will work on require U.S. citizenship for access. This position supports our Commercial and Post-Construction Cleaning Division and involves cleaning a variety of commercial and construction sites throughout the DMV area . Candidates must have reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites. Job Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing Dusting Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Spot cleaning windows Cleaning breakrooms Pulling trash Construction site cleaning Other duties as assigned Requirements Selected candidates must be: Prompt and dependable in all aspects of the role Detail-oriented Honest and professional with high integrity Hardworking with a strong work ethic
