Janitor and Cleaner

St. Mary's County Part-time and Full-time Positions Available MUST be able to

Criminal Background Check Monday - Sunday (Work Available) MUST have prior Cleaning/Janitorial experience. MUST be VERY Detailed MUST be able to work with no supervision Ideal candidates would: Perform cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly,monthly, annually) Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition. Report any broken fixtures or equipment to the Supervisor. Interact with staff in a friendly and courteous manner at all times. Sweep, dust, mop (dry and wet) all floors and stairways; vacuum floors, rugs, carpets, and runners. Rotate runners in hallways and entryways. Spot clean carpet as necessary. Clean, sanitize, and polish lavatories, partitions, sinks, showers, tubs, sink fixtures, locker rooms and facilities. Wipe and dust All appliances, All file cabinets, Desk Overheads, All office Equipment and Exercise Equipment. Dust, sanitize, and hand clean all furniture; all glass, vents, exhale fans, hand rails, stair cases, picture frames and lamps;clean and polish glass surfaces, door frames, elevators, woodwork, baseboards, crown molding, walls, vendor machines,and window frames and sills. Scrub bathroom tiles, woodwork, window frames and sills. Must be able to lift 30lbs trash bags Stripping and Waxing floor (not a must) Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
