The successful candidates will provide high quality cleaning services for both residential homes and commercial office spaces while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Travel to client locations as assigned.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Minimum Requirements
- Must have a clean criminal background (No criminal record).
- Must possess a valid Maryland Driver's License.
- Must know how to drive confidently in Maryland.
- Previous professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial) is required.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties.
- Must be available to start immediately Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using professional cleaning equipment and products.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
