Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitorial professional to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This vital role ensures that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and properly maintained, supporting the overall operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring energy to their work, take pride in their attention to detail, and possess a strong commitment to cleanliness and facility upkeep. We have multiple shifts and locations available. We strongly encourage you to apply today! We are offering 1 parttime day shift Monday, Wednesday and Friday approximately 6-10 a week. Holidays and weekends off. We are also offering 1 parttime shift from 2:00pm to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday. Holidays and weekends off! Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Conduct specialized cleaning such as floor buffing, carpet cleaning, window washing, and restroom sanitation to ensure a pristine environment Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly to promote a safe work environment. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care including buffing and polishing. Experience with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various environments.
